Ginebra should be by committee team the only mistake prev players have is you play to be mvp, you dont do that on a loaded team like Ginebra.. rj was able to orchestrate offense even without a legit pick and roll guy...Stephen holt is a all nbl team member and now not a offensive threat..Chua shouldve been patient he can have Rj and holt without giving up cstan or amybe even malonzo

The inside threat they lacking would have been answered by drafting Poli or Balungay. I guess the surname is just thicker than that.
Al Chua and Cone just looked at the last name when drafting this guy. Well I guess they needed a PG. The best available players they alread had similar ones. So I guess why not make a marketing move. The problem with those are you know the guy had a big hole in his game. No marketing can fix that.
Their two PGs are flawed. Their starting PG is an undersized SF who cannot really facilitate.
I think if JB won’t play let Holt drive and pass more. Given the right setup he should be able to drive against his man.

the game exemplifies the organized chaos chot cannot replicate in intl setting ever since 2013... Intl teams are discipline enough to stick on the defensive game plan..lots of open guys for tnt..To becomes Asia's Best, we need to compete against the World's Best..
1 Big 4 small > 5 out offense.

Because there is a big chance he will be scored on in the other end.

He is so one dimensional that when his offense does not work anymore, he would be just on a cardio game.
That KBL stint really made him look good nonetheless. Although now I understand why he did not last long with his BLeague team.
Also Holt is so under utilized, this is the result when the team is so loaded that the coach don't know which player to rely on anymore.

Can Ginebra replace their import in this finals in case? Is that allowed? I remember Bay area changing imports in the finals series but that was because both imports already in their official line up.. Ginebra didn't have replacement import in their official line up release before the playoffs.. it will be allowed to change imports in case brownlee can't play the rest of the series due to injury? I think finger injury can still playable but you can't perform that way in a higher level.. Troy did play before in the finals despite finger injury when he was in TNT facing Magnolia in the finals before after he and Jackson Corpuz collide in unfortunate accident...

They can have a replacement import, but with only a day in between games, it would be logistically impossible to fly in an import and take care of necessary paper work. I think Ginebra will just play it All Filipino all throughout the series (which would most likely end in Game 5) especially with Tim Cone’s preference for team chemistry.
But if they choose to just get an import for the sake of it, then they can tap Ange Kouame. He could probably relieve Japeth who’s been aweful whenever he is inside the court.

They already have Scottie, Mav, Holt, and the other rookie guy from Ateneo, what is the purpose of getting another ball dominant guy?
Id say Cone probably wont pick Poli since he seems headless in NLEX right now but they can definitely draft Balunggay. Ideally they would've drafted Balunggay and picked up Heading in free agency since they desperately need a big man (japeth is woeful at this point) and an actual playmaker since their offense looks very rough without JB
