I saw some pre season games where David Penney suited up for UE, and he was very solid for them. I think he can be really good player in the PBA, he plays like a younger and quicker Chris Banchero.

In the NBA, Superstar perimeter players such as KG and KD dont want to be labelled as 7 footer or even close to be seven feet. because of the perception that 7 footers are boxed in to be just centers.
Case in point: We all know KD is taller than his preferred height of 6'9 , but look:

Players with the profile of Ballungay have to go to the right teams so that they can develop to be a 4/3 rather than a 4/5. They need to go to a team with an established center, and rotation players that can play the 5.

as I said many times before, the PBA should also introduce that In-Season tournament and abolish that Gov. Cup instead.
having an In-Season tournament with unlimited height may eventually solve many issues about teams who are lacking in the 5 position
and at the same time address issues about chemistry and cohesion when several PBA teams decided to play in any Asian Club tournaments.
