I think not, especially who joined last year; US team represents a D1 school team; I think they are better than this current Strong group line up;

our basketball stakeholders should send an U21 or Cadet team instead the way Japan basketball had done during the last edition of the Jones Cup if they're really serious on that long term program that the new ED are saying during interviews nowadays.

Young lads like Mason Amos, Francis Lopez, Jayden Harper, JJ Mandaquit, Dylan Harper, Vyc Miller, Caellum Harris, Zaid Mahmood, Lino Marks, some kids from the previous U18 team among others can somehow join such tournament considering it's vacation time at the US and Canada during that time.

Been seeing some posts lately about Bennie Boatwright being considered. I think he should be an option. Coach Tim Cone has been raving about his skillset to the media.

tim or SBP should look on ineligibles instead of naturalizing imports like boatwright. like harper jr., boogie ellis..

For me personally, I'd rather focus mainly my attention of naturalizing kids like Collin Akowe and Favour Onoh for a possible exemption in few years time in the same breath as AK34.

Boatwright, J3 Willams and Bey..they are young and had a good attitude so far hoping they had the same personality of JB.

Onyeka Okongwu's willingness and his name was already part of the 60+ players that SBP has submitted before...no prob with that as well.

There's a lot of very young big fish in the ocean within the US and Africa if indeed they had a network of contacts. financial, spiritual...because of their family's passion to the game and the entire Filipino people..

combining RSA empire alongside MVP and SGA moving forward on 5x5 boy/men while mending with Chooks on 3x3..

that would be a dream hopefully.

Boatright is more of a shooter + system player, not really a fan of him getting naturalized, that Northport import seems interesting Venky Jois was it? But hes 30 now

But ideally this is probably where allowing RSAs to have a spot in the PBA that isn't occupied by an important will come in handy

then many things may happen moving forward.

allegedly, KH has already obtained(?) his ph doc prior to his 16th bday according to Sir Bill Velasco.

they had the same scenario as JJ Mandaquit

as for Remy, well if indeed he already obtained his docs a few months after his 16th bday well who knows.

we could only see some positive signs if they indeed agreed to join the SGA team for next month's conclave.

I doubt with Kamaka’s securement of Philippine passport at age 16. During an interview in 2017 NBTC tournament he stated he recently just known the details of his Filipino heritage. And that weeks before he flew with the FilAm Nation select team to Manila. He was born year 2000 and peeps do your maths. He maybe able to apply for 2025 PBA draft but to play for Gilas in FIBA sanctioned tournament? I doubt it. Passport before he reached 18 maybe but not 16…

Him playing for US under19 NT is less on SBP’s worries all they need is just write US Basketball for Kamaka’s release.

DeMarcus incoming stint in Dubai Internationals will keep him fit and also provide an extra source of income. His primary goal really is to compete in FIBA 3x3 World Tour which will commence on April 2025. I would be his steps in augmenting his ranking of said basketball 3x3 setting. Once he accumulate points it would increase his ranking and he maybe considered to play for USA 3x3 NT. His ultimate goal really is the gold medal in 2028 LA Olympics…

They should get QMB as the 4th big. So SGA can have twin towers always inside the court. Blatche is always out of shape.
