yes he may still transfer. Pero we all know that you should have decent grades to able to trqnsfer to your next school. That is general requirement thqt is asked by schools that you are transferring to. Unless he is transferring to repeat a year.

Yup thats the way it should be. I handled a case like that in my line of work and he would have no trouble transferring if it was a public school; not to mention its his supposed to be graduating year already. Maybe thats why he chose letran, he knew acads will be his roadblock lmao haha.

Does he have to repeat? During the 90's?, IIRC the DECS allows students similarly situated with Chris (assuming reports are true with regard to his academics) to take an exam and if they pass, they can go to college. I'm not really sure how the program is implemented back then.

PEP Test? Acceleration test? I guess they can challenge Hubilla’s academics if by some miracle he graduates. I think Quiambao and Policarpio had the same problems finishing HS.

The question is his grades. Deped won't allow him to graduate if he has failing grades. No matter if he stayed in UPIS or move to letran hs. He needs to have passing grades. Not to mention other ncaa schools may challenge his eligibility due to his grades. He can take the PEPT equivalency test since he's overaged so that he can be admitted to college but needs to score high on that, 82% average on all subjects. Even that maybe a challenge for him.

More minutes naman for Gani and Alter. Then guys like Andres and Walker have clearer paths to the final lineup.
Or Buensalida can join his fellow Davao ballers in EAC.

This was the problem of Amsali when he moved from NU HS to San Beda HS. He failed one subject in NU and repeated a year in San Beda because of that failed subject/s.

Or CSB and Beda hahaha. We've been trying to get him since last year pa.

Gagate should be on his way out as well. Should be NCAA bound with 3 schools trying to recruit him. Not sure about the UE news but his older bro did play there.

For an institution, Beda talaga has its standards as all should have. I dunno why some still take that for granted.

                          • How tf can someone fail in HS? I've never known anyone who failed anything even if they're not so academically gifted. And they give you lots of warnings etc pa. They'll have to inform your parents.

My impression is that players who fail in HS or even college are usually due to absences.

                                Good question

Back in 1994, San Beda HS did not allow 42 students to march on the graduation rites because of failing mark. I dont know if things have changed in SBU,but during my time there 74.9 will not be enough for you to pass the course. Even if you are a Bball player.
