Imo this teams is miles ahead of the gozum led batch, especially when it comes to the maturity. Every loss were games decided only by single baskets. Games if a lot more things went to their favor, couldve easily turned into W. I just hope they take all of this and use it to prepare for themselves in the final 4 since we all know its a whole different ball game.

Still i hope benilde works on their freethrows. Going 8 for 15 and then ending up losing by 1 sucks.
Thats wild man. Sayang yung lost free throws. Were prolly the worst ft shooting team in the league

We are haha. Thats why when benilde got into penalty 3 mins in the 2nd qtr, thats when lpu build up a 15-16pt lead.

And Thats why think mid ng 4th qt lpu was leading by 10 and were already at penalty, was expecting them to waive the white flag already pero good thing they still fought through it.

          • Who are graduating from the EAC generals?
It's a pity that they missed on the Final four again

Who among them can make it in the pros?

Imo Gurtiza and Pagsanjan. Gurtiza has elite level scoring on all 3 levels. If he could develop as a secondary playmaker and his defense he'll have no trouble looking for pro teams. Pagsanjan naman is a good 2 way player, still needs to be a consistent outside shooter to have a long career in the pros.

I think doromal could be a solid spark plug off the bench but his stock went way down this season. Umpad naman is just tall, no significant development whatsoever but im sure mpbl teams could use his size. Luciano naman is good glue guy but way undersized for the 4 spot, he'll prolly be an mpbl lifer as well.

I dont think Coach Jerson's guys in HCHS are graduating. He probably won't be recruiting them when they are already graduating. (Postanes, Jacob and Devara)

Not really sure with those 3 pero i heard manacho's name as also graduating. Of the 3 you mentioned only one was really utilized and thats Mac Jacob.

Incoming transfers for next season include ex arellano starting guard felix villarente, ex baste big jacob shanoda, ex lpu forward and sniper jeorolan omandac and former mapua guard ivan cudiamat. By the looks of it they need a scorer or two to be solid next year, maybe another big as well. Guys like oftana, lucero, bagay and ochavo are complimentary scorers at best. Maybe its gonma be jrs player ej castillo assuming he stays with eac.

                          • Number 1 seed secured! Mapua vs Lpu, mapua should focus on Barba, Villegas and Bravo. If they can limit these 3, there will be no problem for them. For Lyceum, team defense is the key because mapua is sharing the ball. It’s only escamis who is given isolation plays.

                              • San Beda losing to Baste ending the 2nd round with a 4-5 record and a 3-game losing streak. Not really expecting them to perform better in the Final 4.
