SBU and Mapua need to wake up if they want to keep their spot in f4.Attached Files

I dont know, but last time I check it was CSB who lost to Letran. Its too early to predict who will and who will not be in the final.four this.season. Perpetual is also doing well now. They should not be counted out in the race based on the current team standing.Last edited by admiral thrawn; 09-25-2024, 02:09 PM.

Inconsistent as well. Same with Lucero and Ochavo. Still think beda and mapua will get in, tho for the last spot, with how letran has been playing, they might get in

As for my 2 other picks, san beda and mapua, both teams are just too deep and imo, those kinds of team compositions will go along way in the second round were depths will be tested. And wins are need to be racked up. Not to mention both teams lost, similar to benilde on bad shooting nights.
As for my last pick, eac should be it, but seems like nobody except for gurtiza is ready to consistently produce for them, and for a team thats already lacking depth at the big man spot, thats already a cause for concern. You may say that last year eac also had a lack of bigs, but gurtiza had graduated players like maguillano, cosejo and robin to help him out.
So for now im picking letran. As one of the users have already said, seems like the letran players are starting to click now under ricardo's system tho im still concerned if they are able to be consistent, especially against their rival san beda, and 2 other teams also on top of the standings in LPU and Perpetual for the last games in the 1st rd.
Speaking LPU and Perpetual, even tho both have been pleasant suprises, as ive already said their next games should be indicator if they're for real or not. Perpetual has Letran, LPU and San beda. While LPU has Benilde, eac, perpetual and letran. Imo only one of these 2 teams will stay on top of the standings tho its hard to predict who as both teams also have issues with their lineups.

Jimboy needs to take care of the ball more. Aside from montecillo, there is no solid back up point, Delfino is still learning how to play organized ball again, while Miller is still getting used to ph style of ball. Monje who should be one of the key guys and a mismatch problem in the 4 spot still can't find his grove.
But the good thing is Javillonar. Aside from his improved shooting, he really embraced his role as captain/leader of the team, no cheap shots, no retaliations just play ball.
