        • Umali should be smart since his pro prospects arent the best. Best care scenario for his career is Jervy Cruz and most likely he'll be too small for the PBA.

They already have too many guards, tas guys like ancheta and torres still has 3 more years after this. They have a couple pa in team B. So they need a big haha, maybe raven cortez can take a graduate course after the season lmao

He'll be too small and slow for the pba. He needs to shed weight along with controlling his emotions. Atleast he has that outside shot and handles so maybe just maybe he'll be big mike nieto 2.0

Im kinda getting doubtful of it. Seems like up promised him a role next year since he'll inherit the spot left by qmb. Im more hopeful pa on maybe alter or sarmiento. And yeah maybe raven since i believe his graduating na rin with his acads. Even at one and done, he'll be a big boost.

Why would Raven move if he’s getting significant minutes in DLSU? He is graduating this year but still has two playing years left (assuming the S84 year when he was just an alternate does not count), and Mike Phillips is on his last playing year already next year.

Prolly because amos, pablo and sarmiento are all coming in next year. Not to mention konov will prolly cut into his minutes as well. Then there's the other phillips brother pa. He's only getting minutes now because of the lack of depth at 4 and 5 spot this year. After mike and agunnane, who else do they got besides raven?

                        • I asked the op of the umali vid, what happened was that olivares player drove to the basket and umali met him with a block. Olivares player who is confirmed to be former perpetual player Jeremy Guarino immediately fell to the ground and while doing so pulled umali with him leading to the both of them stumbling upon each other on the floor. Umali got pissed immediately hit guarinos head with a closed fist. It led to a dq foul and umali decided to pack up his stuff and leave. Thats when guarino went near him as he exited with his stuff, still barking at umali, who was already hot decided to approach him. Both continued to bark to one another, provoked, umali took the punch. In my perspective, both were at fault. While i dont condone any sort of violence, you dont pull someone to fall on the floor with you. Especially someone the size of umali. You'll just end up hurting the both of you. Its also not smart to keep provoking the guy even as he exited. Thats just a brawl waiting to happen. Officials did a piss poor job as well. Someone should have escorted umali out, or led him to another exit. They shouldnt have also continued the play immediately especially if the recipient of the dq foul is still in the court. Both coaching staff i think has some blame too. Csb should have assigned someone to escort him out maybe a teammate or another staff. While Olivares should have sat out guarino too, have him cool down. Anyways it is what is. This should be an eye opener for everyone involved, i just hope we dont see this again in the ncaa.

                          • This is a minor tournament for team B players and non-league schools. Conditions in these games are not much different from barangay ligas and sometimes worse. Most of the time these games are for free, there's no security and you don't even know who's inside the gym. Can't expect everyone involved to be on top of everything.

Heavy penalties even in these minor games should be implemented to avoid this type of circumstance. If Amores was penalized heavily for punching Belmonte in that preseason game before, maybe the Amores rampage could have been avoided.

I think this is a paid league, the jerseys all teams are wearing were provided by the league itself. Their page seemed well maintained as well. I guess they didnt forsee any of that will happen. And i agree he should be penalized heavily. The problem is who will hand out the penalty, the league, ncaa or the school?
