Big reason mapua is controlling the game. Gotta agree with coach hammer this time, Benilde needs to adjust and slow the game down. I dont get why they need to rush, thats not rajko's system anyways. Most of mapua's points came from to's and in transition.

St. Benilde showed their talent in the end game. Cometa, Ynot and Liwag delivered the goods in the 4th quarter.

People should remember before the resurgence of Jacob Cortez at San Beda, it was Gab Cometa who was the playmaker for coach Boyet Fernandez and San Beda. Not surprised to see the trust Charles Tiu gave him.

Have to give credit to mapua. Made life difficult for the blazers until the closing minutes. And i got to admit they outworked csb for majority of the game. But boy csb just showed why its a contender this year. Really good to see them win games like this. If this was the gozum era, i dont think they would come back from the game. No minutes today for jarque and oli.

One thing though, what happened to mapua's playcalling late in the game? Lots of hero ball amd bad shots.

Cards has been stagnant halfway of the 4Q. Escamis is a bit passive on the defensive end compared to last season.
