NCAA Season 100

So nothing special for this season.

The NCAA should experiment on changing the venues like doing the weekend games on either MOA Arena or Araneta. I think part of the reason why the attendance is so low is because Filoil is just not that accessible. I think even Cuneta Astrodome is a better alternative location wise. I even thought the idea of all member schools co-hosting this season was a great idea to shoulder the cost on holding the games in bigger venues. They should experiment. Otherwise, the attendance will not change.

Abs cbn sports used to have NCAA on Tour. they better propose that idea again. EAC / SBU has courts with good enough seating capacity.

Letran used to have one if i remember if correctly but they will be building another one.

Who is CJ Allatica?

I think Gurtiza might be having a hard time cracking the mythical 5. EAC still has Doromal and Pagsanjan who are high usage players as well.

Allatica is lpu guy but i dont see him in the pep rally photos.

I heard Brit Reroma is back with the Red Cubs in a consultant role. His son apparently moved from NU HS to SBU Taytay.

Is he still the interim coach of ceu? He was the one appointed when jeff perlas stepped down. Seems like he was the bridge that led former NU big joe gulapa into moving to ceu.

Haha yeah, they should bring this back, i mean we have a couple good quality stadiums in manila if they dont wanna go in schools, like ninoy aquino stadium, paco arena and san andres sports comolex. Maybe if the venues are nearer to the students, the other games will be filled up in attendance as well. Imo only letran, san beda and jru has a lot of fans in all of their games.

I only caught the 4th quarter. I didn’t see Tagle and Royo in this tune up versus ADMU. So they’re out for S100? I find this hard to believe especially Tagle .

Benilde Pep Rally on Sept 5. Season 100 lineup, recruits for next season and even those that will be in team b are expected to join.

I think Tagala should be sent to the reserves in the second tound.He’s a good shooter and that’s just it. I would sacrifice offense for a tall, agile and athletic defensive wing like Culdora or Jalbuena. In the second round and playoffs the games will be closer, slower and defense will be key especially against a tall St. Benilde squad who are definitely the title-favorites.

Britt brought along with him Nyjah Escobido from Manu’s U16 UST team to the Red Cubs. 6’5 teenager from Cebu.
