Just a case of rustness, this is their first competitive game since march 23. CSB wont win games if they only made 2 threes all game and missing lots of good looks. They looked gassed at times as well.

Kudos to allen ricardo, so far his team is responding well to him, as you can see everyome even the returning seniors are buying into his system. Gotta be careful tho since they're slowly becoming a one man team with jimboy estrada. They should learn their lesson last year with kurt reyson being a marked man all year long.

Sanchez is recovering from a back injury. Are you referring to marasigan? He's one and done and has since graduated. He's currently in mpbl i think.

They basically lost since their shots were not really falling, letran's d wasnt even that solid, talagang bad shooting day lang. As for the chemistry, the core of this team has been playing together for a year now, winning 2 tourneys already so by this time they should already be familiar with each other. Siguro more of distinguishing roles na lang lalo they'll be joined by a couple of last year's holdovers.

Santos isnt in the lineup pero still with letran. Estrada i believe has 3 years starting season 100

Yup, tbh I was expecting more from ynot and cometa. Cometa just can't buy a bucket that game. Also it seems like they are still figuring out on who is their go to guy when their shots aren't falling.

Wow still 3 years from Estrada huh, letran will be a lot stronger in season 101 I guess.

              • Mapua hasn’t have or lacking big men.
I don’t see someone in this line up can fill the void Bonifacio and Soriano left.
Fermin looks lost, Janonete lacks height while Igliane is soft.

Exactly, but unlike gozum's batch, this year's blazers team is even deeper with scorers, key will be when to actually take their shots. If im the coaching staff, that guy should be allen liwag. I mean theyre already missing outside shots, might as well pound it in to liwag.

Yup next year's letran team will be even stronger, the only issue is who will coach the team lol. A lineup is just as strong as its coaching staff.

RB? Actually RB attended the us training last year. He is very much interested in playing for SBU. But Jude showed no interest and after one year of playing in D2 Jude approach RB lol

The prospect committed to D2 days before the RL US training.

                      • In a recent team photo I saw Red Cub Adrian Sollano. Most likely he will be in Team B in his first year in the RL.

                          • I know its still early but IMO CCT has reached his ceiling. If CRT is not available, why not give coaches Severino and Perlas a shot.

We'll see for season 100, im still willing to give him the benefit of a doubt since gozum's batch for me over achieved at the 'wrong time'. If they played what they did in season 98, during season 99, we might have seen them as champs. Season 98 for me was the peak for gozum and company. For season 99, for me its the players that underachieved. And to be honest, cct did a solid job maximizing gozum's batch. Coming in gozum was an undersized big who rotted in up's bench, corteza was an undersized 4 who was rail thin and had no reliable shot, oczon was wild streak shooter who can only play the 2, and i can go on with the rest of the guys. Yet look at that batch now, almost everyone that has graduated(minus carlo lim and chris flores whos still recovering from inee injury) + guys like lepalam and marcos are all in the mpbl. Some are even in abroad. You have to credit charles tiu and his staff for that. Imagine what he could do with liwag's batch who's even more talented and ready coming to the team. Expectations are higher than ever of course, with more resources and better players, but if there's one coach im willing to bet on, its him. Whats important naman is no matter what, it seems like he has the lao's backing so if the csb gig doesnt work out, he still has sga to fall on.

As for rajko, again guy is too old to be the head coach, he's fine in the consultant role. Coach gabby naman is with the manila stars in the mpbl while perlas isnt in the sga umbrella yet. If im csb and um looking at another coach, look no further in paolo layug. He's done a great job so far when charles tiu isnt around, he's an analytics guy and makes the right adjustments in game.

CCT is playing his best with the cards that he was dealt with. It is open secret that majority of CSB players now are not his but rather Lao's SGA recruits. CCT won it for CSB at the Pnoyliga Nextman Cup.
