For the third straight season, Kieffer Alas proved why he’s the heart and soul of De La Salle Zobel. The 17-year-old Gilas Youth standout delivered yet another dominant campaign in the UAAP Season 87 Boys’ Basketball Tournament, stuffing the stat sheet with 20.07 points, 11.14 rebounds, 4.93 assists, and 1.07 steals per game. But while […]Philippine Malditas to FIFA Womens World Cup 2023

I think it might even be a good idea for him to reclassify a year, he's only 17.

Repeat a year, he needs more time in the US. Schools like giving out offers to juniors more than seniors.
The way I see it, Andy's more explosive and athletically gifted than him. Also has better passing and court vision. Though Kiefer seems to be better in shooting area. And as we all know, Andy's having a hard time getting D1 offers as of now. But Kiefer being a year younger than Andy can be considered.

Alas' performance with Batang Gilas can be his foot on the door. Just keep sending gametapes of him carrying the team on his back to gain interest from coaches.
Just like Gemao, he'll need time to adjust to American size, speed and athleticism.
Alas' scoring ability might actually translate better in the US. He uses shooting, strength and smarts. Gemao relies more on athleticism which is in abundance in the US. Question mark for Alas would be on defense.

Adamson keeps its senior squad.
After a tumultuous off-season that saw all four of their seniors leave Adamson University for other schools, this batch of Baby Falcons has chosen to stay together and take flight as one. Legit 3-and-D winger Earl Medina, along with twin towers Allen Perez and Jireh Tumaneng, have committed to Adamson for their collegiate careers. They […]

Allen should learn how to play 3, just for his benefit. I think he can do it. Imagine him at 3, Tumaneng at 4, and Demisana at 5. Would be good for the Falcons definitely.
