But what exactly is Denok doing with the team? If you got any info… does he want that head coaching gig again?

    • He has the worst record as a coach, yet he became the Program Director? Just ask Anton M.

Anton loves his alumni players, that’s well known… even if most of them are incompetent… I just hope the players will back Coach Sean Chambers if things get out of hand

Yes. He has no playing years left in the uaap that’s why he will play in the ncaa for a year and the plan is he will come back next year for college. It is expected that denok will do everything so that his son will make the line-up in Season 88.

            • With FEU imploding (again) I wonder if La Salle and UP are sending feelers to VJ Pre?

dunno if sitting out 2 years would be worth it, might as well move to the ncaa

With his skill set and talent level, he may be pro ready in 3 playing years, so he may not need that extra 2 years.

Hmm both those schools seems loaded already, maybe ateneo is a better option for him. He and bahay would be would solid duo.

I recall it was Molina who was responsible for the recruitment of Denok back then.

                      • Players of Pre’s caliber shouldnt be affected by the extra year taken off. Same goes to Amos.

But all this are not confirmed yet… i doubt if Sean Chambers will be fired… now that FEU has a program in place.. Denok is just playing with fire right now… that he’ll gonna get burned in the end

                          • To those in the know, what has/have Denok Miranda done to get the ire of the FEU community?

For us alumni outsiders, we saw how the team declined during his stint as head coach last season, with a 3-11 record, that was the worst record that FEU had in its history… then veterans like Sleat and Torres decided to either turn pro or switch universities because of alleged physical and emotional abuse…and in games, you can feel that players doesn’t respect him… now there are reports that he is trying to meddle with basketball related decisions… well these are not yet confirmed

Does this mean more players are planning on leaving too?

Is he also affecting FEU Jrs? I just read that Prince Carino credits Denok for his transfer to FEU.
