As I said earlier, Torres' actions merit a warning. And that's exactly what UAAP found. He invaded Topex's personal space twice and goaded him. That in itself warrants a warning. However, to me, because of what he did Topex's name is forever tarnished which warrants more consequences.

Topex has been known to be a dirty player since his Red Bull days under Yeng Guiao. I wasn't surprised when he got involved with Torres, tbh. I remember Topex trying to injure Racela and Danny Seigle when Red Bull faced San Miguel in the early 2000s. Topex is finally being exposed for the type of coach/player that he really is.

Mike could be a backup defensive big in case neither Kai Sotto nor AJ Edu are on the floor. Can play both 4 (if his shooting improves) and 5. His quickness and length are good enough to compensate for him being only 6'7".

We don't exactly have plenty of bigs who can defend in FIBA. The more FIBA-eligible defensive bigs we have in Gilas, the better.
