they’ve already been doing this in the offseason, it does work, except it didn’t work against UP’s fast lineup where KQ’s suspect handles, Mike’s inconsistent shooting, and Henry’s slow laterals got exposed, forcing Topex to play KQ and even Poli as a 4, and Raven as a 5most of the time

I honestly think DLSU can beat all those teams.

            Its the escandor connections

DLSU and Rain or Shine - Francis Escandor's past and present team
Converge - Francis escandor also played for the lao's and sga in the dubai cup
Phoenix - Owner Dennis Uy is friends with dad Glen Escandor as both are from Davao

This is the same team that beat the D1 Radford University last WUBS. UP looks scary.

                  • Can Amos play for La Salle in the upcoming pinoyliga's the big dance? I doubt KQ and co. will play that tournament since they will join WUBS?

Meralco, ginebra, san miguel, and pampanga lanterns can beat the fighting maroons. The collegiate teams should practice against much tougher veteran pro ballers.

The best teams that the maroons need to learn from are teams with ballers that worked well in top asian balling levels, has good size, and certainly do not want to be embarrassed by mere collegiate teams.

It could just be closed-door, full-game scrimmages so that both pros and rising amateurs need not be ashamed of results. SUCH GAMES ARE MORE BENEFICIAL TO THE PRO TEAMS! Nothing teaches pros better than fiba amateur offense and defense patterns screwing up their "pro ball" tactics. Especially against a college team with competent coaches, as well as proven skilled, athletic and tall ballers in ALL positions. Nothing teaches young players -- who think too highly of themselves -- more than going up, or maybe crashing down hard, against ballers with veteran smarts.
