I hope La Salle's potential one and done PG Lian Ramiro turns out to be a Shonny Winston and not the other overhyped Fil Am who turned out to be a total dud. Can't even remember his name. LOL
Worst case scenario, he might disrupt the chemistry of this team and Rubico might leave next season with the entry of Cortez and Baclaan.

almost every fil am gaurd complained about the physicality here and took their time to adjust.
Winston was as strong as an ox so it was good for him. His core strength was Jrue like.
Browne was training with his BIL Kris Rosales and it helped him adjust . For fil am gaurds its about core strength and shooting .

They have a pretty good defensive roster as well. 191cm (6'3") Nunn, 193cm (6'4") Jerian Grant, 206cm (6'9") Juancho Hernangomez, and 6'9" Mathias Lessort can switch and are energetic. 200cm (6'7") Panagiotis Kalaitzakis is a very aggressive defender too, so is 191cm (6'3") Luca Vildoza.
Difference is, Panathinaikos made use of big wings like Kalaitzakis, and employ a PF (7-foot Dinos Mitoglou, 6'9" Juancho Hernangomez) as the 4. UP run tons of 3-guard lineups, and sometimes have a small-ball four in Lopez, Belmonte, Torculas.
What other teams can employ this defense?

Even KQ and Poli who despite starting college hoops at 21 and with pro offers already still choose to play in college. It's a domino-effect that raises the average player-age across the board.
