It is a SEABA tournament anyway, Andy will just do some "papawis" there I guess.
It would most likely the same lineup even in the succeeding tournaments as Josh would not tweak his lineup to reward loyalty.

There will be an exemption definitely especially for Alas, he was a shoo-in for this U18 prior to his injury.

Honestly, from the U16-U17 lineup, only Alas, Diao, Daja, Morales, and maybe Ludovice should make the lineup for the U18.

Alas might be a doubtful in this joust. Hope he recovers quickly though.

Yeah right. Maybe he will be available come september for the U18 Asian Cup.

Oh, Jireh Tumaneng got cut. We lost the other bigs also. Does JOSH REYES really hates big that much? I don't really got his thinking tbh. When you are playing in a weak tournament, you basically want to use the guys that needs development, in our situation, the bigs. You can see there if the kid you wanna develop got what it takes. This coach man, so diferent. Maybe worse than his dad.

Jireh Tumaneng barely plays for Adamson. I doubt he'll be useful here.

Hans Castillejos (6’7 or 6’8) is the tallest in the roster. He’s kinda raw but during the bbi tourna he improved compared to the other tournas that feu joined.

The SEABA tournament would be a good exposure for him though, so he can test himself if he can go against weak opponents at first. I feel like this tournament should be used to monitor who can be useful for the team come U18 FIBA Asia especially the bigs. I think we can even check, if the likes of Andwil, Carino if they are U18 ready (which we could have done in the U16 SEABA tournament).

We have numbers of bigs in this age bracket like Daep, Borja, Ples, or Rota who are not raw but did not get invited atleast.

The bare minimum he can do as an incompetent coach is to put all the best talent available and he still fails at that.

Because the DDO requires players with guard skills

with how shit skills training here is, the bigs will obviously have no guard skills.

Why do you think Andray Blatche worked so well with Chot’s DDO?

                              Dray is a 6'11 guard

The DDO blood still runs through the national team huh? Saw some plays from the U16 Asia Cup that were not definitely from a DDO plays, for which I gave him flowers.

Then it made a comeback with the U17 WC which is understandable considering we lost our player who the system relies.

But using that again for this U18 batch might be a big no but what can we do anyway lol.

                                Long story short, coach sucks.
