Ange having a good relationship with the SMB empire thru Grandpa Chualay and CTC
in fact CTC already mentioned that AK34 will be a big part of the program moving forward
also, with the MVP group thru MVP itself.
if those two empire offers him something that is hard to resist plus the usual "Pangkabuhayan Package" ala Kerby Raymundo among others, as a best example.
therefore playing in international leagues would be an option.
Sir Dave you know Ange, he is almost the same as JMF
he ain't in the same breath as Greg and CStand who had a very strong personality(s).
we really do hope the Grandpas allows him to apply for next season's PBA Draft to validate more for a possible exemption.
with the appointment of Grandpa Chualay both for the boys and Mens program we can expect some major improvement
whether we hate him or agree with him, we already know the end result.

let's give him the benefit of the doubt he can do all the things weve been talking about for years.
He just started as Program Director, so in a sense the overall direction of a program has been absent for last 2 years , SBP focus was the world cup Ann nothing else it's only now that they are starting to plan strategically on what to do for the overall player identification and development, including recruiting Fil foreigners and processing their passport, there was zero planning and no program whatsoever in the past 4 years.
preparing for tournament like Batang Gilas for 1 or 2 .months is NOT a program
So hopefully they dont forget Ange, and addess how best to maximize his use, including processing his exemption. And giving him income to play locally and available to Gilas the stakeholders including the PBA should come up with a solution to address Kouame

Nope .. this is not as easy as you think.. Fiba just recently gave us a favor by giving Newsome exemption status last year... SBP just carefully doing their work without any argument from other countries regarding this .. and what I know, this kind of cases have price to pay... When SBP file exemption case for Newsome, SBP about to pay more than a million pesos for this.. and that is not 100% granted... So you have to understand that granting exemption cases is not a free charity from FIBA... Some countries do this and failed.. example is Tyler Dorsey from Greece...

The fee and processing for exemptions is not a secret, it's provided to each federation , I'll check my records and post it here ..2,000 Swiss francs (about $4k) for the application and you don’t get it back if the request is denied.
length for decision is dependent on availability of sec general and staff. . Its a pretty straightforward process, it's not a case of lobbying or influencing, pala Kasan, like some are suggested here .
just follow the explicitly provided guidelines
