They're gonna chucking up threes regardless because that's what their whole system is based on. Having a shooting slump is totally normal. The way they execute their plays are all calculated, their positioning, and extra passes are sight to behold. Luck has nothing to do with it.

Only Edu among the bigs was playable. All the rest were not. Which is why we saw Edu at 5, JC or Malonzo at 4 for long stretches.

The 2nd quarter was a waste. Instead of going inside, they settled for outside shots. Could have been a closer game by halftime if we didn't miss so many shots in the 2nd quarter.

Took the coaching staff an entire half to figure out Italy is weak on the interior. No scouting whatsoever. Coaching staff is a bunch of dimwits.

Now I am seeing some of the FB comments praising the team for getting it closer compared to our 2019 campaign, sure it is true that we improved but let's not gaslight ourselves into thinking we 'won' something. We lost 0-3 despite having years of hosting preparations and having a formidable player in JC (though he's also kinda gawad kalinga volunteer in the three games). Please SBP and all the higherups of Philippines basketball, gising na po kayo. We need a big radical change on how we do it!

Italy is plus 21 in 3 point fg in a 7 point loss, what a day for Italy to hit their 3's , they also have the same look against Angola and Dominican Republic but missing the shots , anyways the only consolation that we can get is beating China

    The worst kind of victory.

I knew they weren't really serious in winning when they brought him back. Remember when everyone here was alarmed with the practices and lack of quality tune up games? And our dear SBP just chilling

    Heads should roll
