Yeah, their rebuild sure is paying off. I just hope that they get to retain most of their key guys in the long run and not go the way of their predecessors.

and its not yet done, they still have 33 future draft picks until 2029!, with 15 1st rd picks (with some of them having minimal lottery protection) they'll have great moveable assets moving forward

i don't think any of their players will be as good as durant WB harden were back then but this OKC team projects to be deeper especially if okc chooses to cash in on their picks and young assets.

it would also be interesting to see how micic fits in since OKC has a ton of guards right now.

        • 20 year old Ousmane Dieng is having a solid summer league stint. In the last 3 games he has scored 13, 13 and 22 points respectively and averaging 31 minutes in Summer League play.

I recalled last year he was being bashed here by the Sotto-natics, claiming he won’t get drafted and not as good as Sotto.

what's more impressive is that he's doing it efficiently. he's currently at like somewhere around 60% TS eFG%

Poku and Chet too. Heck some were even doubting Giddey before he played.. I don't think they'll watch a lot of OKC games this year.

Damn, that has gotta be some kind of a record, right? lol

That's a lot of draft capital for the next seasons. I would like to see that put to good use by signing an S-tier player, though OKC has gotta become a superstar destination first.
