Phillips ability to push up the ball via dribble is underrated, he's actually not bad in dribbling with pace ...I mean for a big ..

A more realistic expectation is Quiambao playing as a 3."A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game. Remember that howsoever you are played or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone, even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power, when you stand before God, you cannot say, 'But I was told by others to do thus,' or that virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice." - King Baldwin IV

That's just too ambitious bro. Being a point guard requires exceptional dribbling or ball handling skills. I don't think Quiambao would be able to reach that level. Even a big man with very good ball handling skills as a Mon Fernandez would be hard pressed to transition into a point guard during his early 20's. Quiambao ending up playing as a 2-guard is already a stretch in my opinion.
A more realistic expectation is Quiambao playing as a 3.

He has large hands which gave him the tendency to do his one-handed shots (and also one-hand passes). At this level it's not that effective anymore so good thing he has worked on his proper shooting form. He can be a point forward because he has excellent "feel for the game" vision and unselfishness. Hopefully, Coach Topex puts the ball more in his hands because Nelle and Nonoy are really more of scoring guards.
He's perfect for position-less basketball. Imagine 4 players around his size with the same skill-set plus one-big. Everyone with length plus passing and shooting ability."A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game. The fact that it's hard to pigeonhole KQ is the reason he is a prime example of position-less basketball. Versatility.

Kq is an undersized forward.. he tends to play outside therefore he should learn how to pass.. this isnt any special talent.. its a talent he need to get any pt..he doesnt have the hops of a bruce brown, doesnt have the shooting of rdo.. doesnt have the strength either and set good screens to warrant a draymond green comparison. No wonder la salle struggled last year despite him being on the focal point of offense... Anything that he do can be learned by mason amos or a carl tamayo..To becomes Asia's Best, we need to compete against the World's Best..
1 Big 4 small > 5 out offense.

When it comes to shooting, showing improvement is key. In a recent game, he made 7 3pt with good %. We have yet to see what becomes of him in his prime when it comes to shooting so RDO level is not out of the question.
You have to look at potential when it comes to comparisons with players who already reached their prime.
