Best shooting game from KQ from the outside.

Lousy start but strong finish from DLSU.

Lebron Lopez a non factor today but Torculas was decent.

Estacio, Melencio, Buensalida playing today after the starters jumped the gun on UE.

Nice to see KQ finally polishing that outside shot which he didnt have last year.

Is Nelle a good national team prospect?
I think Nelle is some sort of a traditional pass-first point guard.
"A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game. Remember that howsoever you are played or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone, even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power, when you stand before God, you cannot say, 'But I was told by others to do thus,' or that virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice." - King Baldwin IV

KQ should be the future NT PG. He is the best passer in this generation.

The way he's trained to move like a guard, kinda nice. It fits his size more, as he's just around 6'5".

And the passing and improved shooting will be key. Help defense is good too.

KQ is only now transitioning his body to something that can play wing. Shot hopefully remains consistent. Potential is there obviously.

Hope he develops his ball-handling and ball protection skills, but the potential is definitely there. It's really crazy how much KQ has improved since his early days in NU when he was just an athletic, undersized (or right-sized in HS lol) big man. From adding the shooting, then slashing, then showcasing his passing skills, and now a better in between scoring game, I wouldn't put it past him to develop his ball handling as well.

could be the 6'5/6'6 point guard of the future if he gets that ball handling good enough

KQ was the main man in his high school team that had Carl Tamayo, etc.

He has large hands which gave him the tendency to do his one-handed shots (and also one-hand passes). At this level it's not that effective anymore so good thing he has worked on his proper shooting form. He can be a point forward because he has excellent "feel for the game" vision and unselfishness. Hopefully, Coach Topex puts the ball more in his hands because Nelle and Nonoy are really more of scoring guards.

He's perfect for position-less basketball. Imagine 4 players around his size with the same skill-set plus one-big. Everyone with length plus passing and shooting ability.
