whoever is bankrolling the team, either PLDT or SMC. i dont know if the law gives a specific amout for the allowance, but i dont think its sufficient because because we have heard and read from athletes of other sports that they struggle if they just go with the government allowance. they need sponsor to pre properly.

I think a certain level of payment is expected for the NPs that originally had no connection to us. Why would Douthit or Blatche play for us otherwise? He was not snubbed, he’s in the roster for Hiroshima… I know you hate Kai but you argument is invalid… it’s hard to believe in you that Kai is the other one because he is in Japan, if he is not in Japan then we can say that partially true that he is the one of those in blind item.. now if i were to play mark cuban then i'll tell everyone straight up that i highly doubt it that all the major nba stars played for a per diem only especially the naturalized ones

the point i'm making is that it doesn't matter if the bleague won't allow him to play or not since kai has already shown that he will abandon a team and a league just to get another contract.

that's why i said "he snubbed ignite and the gleague", meaning if he can leave an nba affiliate league high and dry what more the bleague?
