Kai has improved from draft day up to now, but would it be enough to earn him an NBA roster spot? He’s got time to further improve his game and physique. Although I am not that optimistic this Summer League would be the day, I am certain there’s no way but up for him. I still believe another year or two is what it’d take for him to get to the level he’d earn a GM’s nod, but I ain’t holding my breath and would simply enjoy the ride.

here is nother thing " really who cares if there is a buzz that there is interest in Kai to be invited in summer league and camp , (that's to be expected) , i mean it would be totally a shocker if no one was totally not interested. ( like no one say absolutely no one will invite Pinder or Waandenberg for SL ( that's silly) , the bigger news is actually why the heck are we mentioning summer league invites in February ? ( that's foolish, talk .. as if the teams already know who they will invite LOL, talk about hype, gimick .

Kai’s first game will be against carl tamayo and the ryukyu
Hiroshima made it official on Tuesday, signing Kai Sotto to a deal for the rest of the 2022-23 B.League season. Tiebreaker Times was the first to report on the development. For the 20-year-old Filipino, he looks to lead the Dragonflies to the championship — something that eluded him during his two-year stint with NBL’s Adelaide […]Philippine Malditas to FIFA Womens World Cup 2023

I would be more concerned if there is no "noise " buzz at all.

DMX has a better chance of getting into the NBA than Kai has. Our way of sending and supporting players to the NBA pathway is always looking for shortcuts and/or has some hiccups when it comes to promotions.

NBA is not going anywhere so Kai and his handlers should keep it simple and not overcomplicate things, especially since he has the luxury of time. What is important is to keep on improving and in whichever league he plays, his mindset should be not just to help his team win but to dominate, and every time he gets to don the national jersey, he should work his socks off and lead the team to victory. He has special abilities for a big man the NBA or any basketball league in the world simply couldn't ignore.
Keep improving - Dominate (while earning big bucks ) - Represent - Be Noticed -> NBA" Bayan Muna Bago ang Sarili "

All votes were from Australia right? (I'll certainly miss NBL and Adelaide) them support towards KAI feels genuine...
*whatever happens this 2023-2024 NBA offseason with KAI - knock on wood he don't get sign by an NBA Team, Hope he comebacks to 36ers and be part of their lead.

Kai will make them formidable ala-Ateneo Blue Eaglets in the UAAP Jrs.

It will be interesting to see how Hiroshima will treat Kai and what role he's gonna have. But given the caliber of the BLeague, which is slightly lower than the NBL and arguably par with PBA, he's gotta be the main option, an imposing presence down low and a reliable shooter. When he was in the NBL, the ball had to go through Franks, Cleveland and Randall II first, while Kai cleans up their mess or bails them out when trapped. In the BLeague he has an opportunity to showcase the whole repertoire.Manifesting: Philippines top 5 in the FIBA World Rankings
