Undrafted rookie (never contracted in NBA) players like Kai have been signed

1. After the draft - Haper Jr
2 during the NBA season - Cooks
3. For SL - Waardenberg
4 For pre season- Webster

There is no recorded off limits time for rookie free agents not to be signed,
but obviously there is the logical time and reason to sign a rookie like Kai, if the window period from July to April is open to sign a FA rookie like Kai and no one has, why woold any team.sign him in the period June to July for a regular season contract when they can try him out 1st in SL, then if does well, sign to either a pre season contract or a regular season contract.. this is pure stupidity..
