Why did Kai resign with Hiroshima? I always thought it was a short stint before a Euroleague team picked him up.

He must be a premier centre on the Free Agent market not in the NBA. His stats in the Bleague really speak for itself.

kai had private workouts with around 10 nba teams including orlando, indiana, portland, sacramento, lakers to name a few. but none of them drafted kai. not even an invitation to the summer league or a g-league last year. so temper your expectations.

Teams will salivate at the sight of a 100% fit and healthy Kaiju. I won't be surprised if he is offered a multi million dollar deal after the mini camp.

Everything is up to Kai now. Whatever happens, be it that he disappoints or impress in that mini camp it's all on him. You can't really say he wasn't given a lot of chances because he was given far more chances and exposure than all the other Pinoy prospects combined. Hopefully this leads to something great
