    • Gilas team camp.. his nba dream relies on how well he perform on a team that really needs him the most..
To becomes Asia's Best, we need to compete against the World's Best..
      1 Big 4 small > 5 out offense.

Both these players showed that you need the right team and coach to be able to show your real potential.hahaha almost all young players go through the same routes example would be kuminga and wiseman.haha The only NBA dream that is dead are those of Ben Gold and dead brains dismissing Kai's chances with Finality.

For analyze, why would EWP and Kai accept the next star offer of 100000AUD per season set by the NBL. WTF, are you making them stupid? They are commanding atleast 800k-1M USD per year in the JBL if rounded per season. Yuda Baba JBL salary was not even near Kai's JBL salary then EWP will just accept pennies. You are really other worldly twisted just so you could push your narrative.
Here is JBL salary ranges so you would at least know how big is Kai's asking salary. Would Hiro pay Kai 100k USD per month if he was receiving 100k AUD per NBL season? Who would overly pay someone without real grounds and precedent.hahaha https://www.josecolorado.com/blog/ja...eague-salaries

If Hiro wasn't using Kai the right way and mostly played DDO almost every game, then it is already not Kai's fault. It is a mere stopover.haha

Tsaka saan na yung traditional bigs obsolete?hahaha The king of small ball era's reign has ended this season. They were busted and the Lakers showed everyone how to blast them into pieces.

It is again the TALL BALL ERA. Every team will need bigs.hahaha Sana mahiya kayu sa mga pagmumukha niyu.hahaha

        • low post and big man game obsolete.haha yung mga naiwan na mga teams were playing with big men. Even Miami was playing Klove and Bam a lot of the time.

Kai an Ignite alumnus di NBA material!hahaha Marc Gasol avg a measly 1-5pts and 3reb from ages 19-21 isn't also NBA material.hahaha Marc plays against Euro bigs while Kai plays against 3-4 ex-NBA players and peak imports.haha

          • Stop comparing NBA big men with your boytoy Kai Sotto who can't even outplay Zhou Qi. LOL

Yes it's the era of good big men like Wemby and Chet. Not second-rate lemons like Kai, Tacko Fall and Zhou Qi.

Your "NBA caliber" Kai cant even outrebound NBA rejects in the B League and NBL. If you watched every minute of his 26min game you wouldnt be spitting out nonsense here in IBN. Mauuntog ka rin at magigising balang araw tulad ni Anonymous123. LOL

Here is Aron Baynes stats ages 19-24!haha Sakit sa mata not NBA MATERIAL.lol daming rebounds ni overage NCAA player Aron baynes mga 5 against college boys.haha https://www.basketball-reference.com...-baynes-1.html

              • Watch his game instead of digging up stats that will never convince NBA teams to change their mind.

Watch how your Boytoy gets bullied by the Chiba imports who are not even NBA material.

If those stats mattered, Kai would have been in the summer league last year. Sa sobrang desperado mo, Kabobohan to the next level ka na. Hahahahaha

Moving on. I agree with was it Ja.He(?) who finally uttered it...Kai's lazy.

Everyone who has played any semblance of organized basketball knows that the higher level you go, the less playing time is guaranteed. This is especially true if you are a new player in the team.
So along the way you will learn and figure out how to get in the rotation and earn minutes. In all levels, if you defend and rebound, you will get minutes.

Defense and rebound is all about effort. You put in your maximum effort, especially at 7'3" and you will be effective in defense and rebounding. But sad to say he's not giving that type of effort. And coaches are big on "body language" and what he projects is someone who doesn't want it.

Good news is, effort is something he can decide on changing at any moment. If he wakes up tomorrow and decides he will not be lazy anymore, he can do it. It is something that can be instantly fixed if he is willing to.

He had 24 games to "wake up" and play like Mike Philips the energizer bunny. Maybe it's not that he didn't want to show effort. Maybe he simply doesn't have the strength and stamina to begin with. Either way, his stint in Japan just showed the NBA why he isn't worth their time.

You can backread a few pages. Kainatics said that he is too talented and too good to be a role player. He wasn't born to just rebound and block shots.

Instead of seeing the fact that he basically has no strengths besides getting alleyoops in the 1st 5 minutes of play, they raise him up like their god.

Everytime Kai is featured in a Facebook Page, you will see that majority of the comments already know that he isn't good enough for the NBA. The casual fan can't be fooled by his highlight reels anymore. Only a few blind and in-denial hardcore fanatics are left to be his apologists.

I just want Kai to be a reliable C in FIBA. That’s all I ask.

                          • kai simply does not have the motor to be in the nba. it explains why he looks lazy and displays no effort to grab rebounds. the die hard fans simply are blinded and have denied this critical factor in making the nba. this is sad but actually the true state of kai and his die hard fans.

but hey he belongs to wasserman. they could at least use their clout to give kai a summer league invite which will be a moral victory of sorts for die hards. but getting a call from the nba is a totally different story.

I don't think he'll ever be an above average rebounder. Nobody just wake up and decides he'll be Rodman. That's actually one of the weakness that I don't think he'll ever overcome. There are only a few times he recorded double digits in rebound. He can improve and be probably decent but you need to pair him with an active 4 otherwise we're going to get beat on the boards every game.

Naturalized and dual citizens are considered as locals there. P.League+ allows 3 imports with dual citizens considered as locals.
