His points were courtesy of a very patient pg,at one point the guard had to keep on dribbling in the shaded area for Kai to catch up and passed to him.He still gets in foul trouble against burly but slow big men.So nothing changed really all that midrange shooting during practice are for naught.

The less said about Kai right now the better. His game is simply not worth it right now. It’s good enough he has playing time. I will wait until he gets 20 minutes a game consistently. Stats are not even that important. If he can get 20 minutes a game that means he is doing something to impact the game. Defense does not always shows up on stats. Boxing out for your teammates to get the ball doesnt show on stats. But coaches notice and these things are rewarded. I hope just Kai forgets about the NBA right now and gives his all in his current team.
