With this dismal performance in the World Cup I think Sotto and his handlers need to face the reality of their situation. Sotto is nowhere near to being a NBA level talent, his height and marketability are the only things going for him for now. He is still young and there is still time for him to develop himself, the reality is he is our best center after Fajardo and Im really hoping that Sotto does pan out. If anything he needs to significantly improve his rebounding and defense, heck Abando is a better shot blocker than him right now.

maybe there is a purple and gold team in the MPBL haha. let's see what will happen in his second stint in Japan, Tab was getting crucified when he said that staying in Ateneo will be better for his development as he will not get it outside, it's kinda turning out to be true, as he just became a token journeyman player jumping from league to league without consistent playing time, yes he might be practicing with better players but its useless if you cannot do it in actual games, experience is still the best teacher
