Just curious if people can see the difference in speed , with Baker II , a player like that woold be a perfect NP for Gilas, he plays with a different speed and motor ..
Now just imagine if a Pinoy AJ Edu was the player in the video, would all agree the player in the video (name and nationalism aside ) is a better prospect than Kai. ?

vloggers have bought what homer sayson and kai are saying - that he was informed way before the game that he wasn't going to play as the priority for summer league especially the first game are the rookies, young players under contract and gleague players, and that he will play next game vs the pacers- hook, line and sinker.
because of that now vloggers are coming up with the excuse that summer league playing time is on a "rotational basis" whatever that means.
look i do agree and feel that the lottery picks and players under contract are given the minutes during sl but to make it an excuse for kai getting benched is just laughable. that tattoosports.ph guy even claims he knew about it yesterday and he insists that kai wasn't bench - he just didn't play whatever that means.
assuming this is the truth then why share the news only now?

This whole thread is depressing, man. I honestly feel bad for the pinoys that have been misled by guys like peezone and his ilk. Those bloggers, shills, journalists who constantly spread false narrative on naive pinoys on social media are to blame for this. If they've been honest about Kai right from the start, there would probably less toxicity surrounding him. I still believe Kai isn't an NBA level caliber player and never will be but I don't blame him for trying to fulfil his dream, that is his right. Even if Kai is not a DNP in next 4 games, which I absolutely expect he.will at least not be a DNP, but c'mon to project that he will suddenly jump to 15 mins a game is totally unreasonable.. where will those minutes come from.? Unless either Wilson or Baker are DNPs. Why would they bench either two under12 mins to give Kai PT?
now big picture, let's say by.some drastic miralcle Kai aversges 10 mins for the 5 games , which is so far fetch. How's that even going to alter the underwhelming perception on Kai for the last 2 seasons to where he will be offered a contract, this is asking for the moon.
