Just ban them both sides, IP and all if need be. It is to be expected as Kai is a hot item because of his NBA dream. If I were a site owner, I’d rather have a burning hot thread that brings traffic rather than a dull, boring site. That’s why they get guys to moderate. If you are not up to being busy warning and banning people, simply quit.

Now I can go to other threads expecting less toxicity. Ditto with others who voiced the same concerns the last few days.

The thread was not toxic, it just got repetitive.

What got it closed, imo, was supporters and neutrals already outnumber the haters. We know what side the mods were at, so there you go.

This is sadly how I feel about the past 3 or so years I've been posting about Kai. I still remember what they did to Peezones both in and out of IBN as well as renaming the previous Kai thread into something vulgar.

You all noticed also this past couple months... Kai really running well and natural, he not dragging his feet anymore....

Of course we did. That's why we don't say stuff like "Franks is a 3 and D player" or "Adebayo is a 7 footer" and blindly agree. They're still pushing this narrative about lateral movement when even Yeshkel hasn't shown any of Kai's slow lateral movement in recent games, and he's not a Kai "supporter" like me, broadly speaking. The mistakes Kai is making on defense are young player mistakes which can be solved in time and with enough experience, like using length and defensive decision making on switches.

I also recall saying that Bogut once said that playing defense in the NBA depends on whether the refs like your team or not, because he was being whistled in another team for the same defense he played in GSW which wasn't whistled.

I think its around June or July when NBA Teams can start signing free agents for their 2023-2024 season.

hoping kai gets a summer league invite this year, with the emergence of bol bol and the hype wembanyama has generated its very possible that nba teams will be looking for athletic, mobile and skilled 7 footers.

remember old school folks also doubted small ball and the warriors in general in 2015 but now it has been the norm for the past 8 years or so, we all know the nba game constantly evolves.

Cavs going into Top Tier Teams (adding Mitchell plays a major role) but the ground Cavs invested in (Jarret, Lauri, Mobley, i think Lopez also) the TALL BALL skilled-scheme is evident

I suggest that we should be electing mods through voting so that all sides would be equally represented. I think majority will agree on this.

Who is Analyze? is Admiral and him the same?
I do notice that the others like juan luna, big cat, silent kill, they seem to hymn to what the Admiral inclines at... - I mean, we all independent here but its just that's what I am sensing from them...

My impressions: Yeshkel is now saying what we've all been saying from the beginning. Kai's problem isn't ability, it's consistency. The ability/skills are there. As for the whole frustration debacle, I'd say Kai is well within his rights to react like that. Cleveland is eating up ball possession, most of ADL's players can't see open lanes, and the coach isn't running any plays for him. He's one of ADL's best players, he's well within his rights to do so. Pangit tignan yes, but when are you going to vent? In the locker room? Baka magbasagan lang ng mukha eh, and we know our boy will lose in those events.

The best team right now for Kai to go to is the Sacramento Kings. Watch this video by Bballbreakdown first.

Finished? Then we know that the Kings are lacking another passing proficient big man who can dive to the rim when needed. A bench big with high IQ teammates is the perfect environment for Kai, light years away from having only one passer in Mitch McCarron. He would fit the Kings system like a hand on a glove.

Being babad in the passive aggressive style in most of my internet life, I was laughing at that point, because trying so hard to piss me off to get me banned is that person's ultimate goal. IBN isn't the only forum I've been on where the mods aren't truly neutral. Which is why if you're going to be sarcastic, only do it as a response and not as an initiation, and also don't do personal attacks ever. I'll be banned straightaway if I did the type of posting that person was doing. Members are only going to complain if WE do it anyways, so if the rules are skewed in their favor, then play by their rules. They can't do anything if we do.

Just watched this video. It's nice to have concrete confirmation that Kai is being watched by NBA scouts until now, at the very least. I also agree that it's telling that IBN PH will bother confirming if NBA scouts were there for Cooks and others, but not for our countryman.
