I remember hearing during one of those pinoyliga games that he's injured. Tho i havent spotted him in the recent playoffs, even watching from the bleachers as he did before.

        • Ateneo beats Letran 90-85. Team playing better since their 3 week break for finals. Just in time before their training in Australia in July then Japan tournament in August

Finally Demisana played. Still looks good to me. He got a few blocks from what I saw and scored. He already knows how to play with Mason. The guy needs more PT. I can't say Chiu is better than him at this point.

              • Matt de luna also played and shot well from the three

I like the youth movement in admu. Lots of 18 yr olds with length. Gamber is listed 6'4" and he's about the same height as De Luna. Both plays guard and shoots well.

they have a bunch of long 2/3s who have varying skillsets. they also have good size at the 4 with kai and mason. biggest holes are at PG and C. UP landing Bahay and Stevens was big since not only are they projected to play big roles for UP, they also effectively denied Ateneo from plugging their two biggest holes for s87.

                      • 6'4 Filam Vince Ventulan commits to UST, feels like long hair will field a one and done team at espana.

Kid is currently training with dondon hontiveros

Padrigao is stil their main guard. Gamber can play the point, as well as Lebron Nieto. Jared Brown with his full years of eligibility will probably be their main guard too. Opena at 6’4-ish can bring down the ball and facilitate too based on his Pinoyliga games. I think their biggest hole would be that 5 as they only have Demisana rn for s87 and Nwabude who is skilled but definitely on the shorter side compared to other FSAs.

Gamber is a modern PG and Nieto also looks to be a steady PG. Both only 18. If they can pull that off, they can feature a 1-3 position-less lineup with good length. There will be shooters all around when you add Amos and Kai. The FSA and his backup will be the question mark (maybe less defensively). Godlsove is only 19 so there is still upside.

They are really gearing for that position less basketball. Godslove has upside despite being 6’8-ish, he has better hands and footwork as compared to Obasa. Obasa has butter fingers who often makes questionable plays. I’ve watched Pinoyliga yesterday and Coach Tab had his head down a few times because of TOs made by Jo.

forth is in limbo. brown i think only has 2-3 years of eligibility. Nieto and Opena are decent but I don't expect them to be needlemovers like JHouse. Gamber i think is best suited as a secondary ballhandler based on what i saw in Fiba.

Kobe I'm excited for him but I think he's best as a 4. Godslove is raw and I don't think he's a center either. Not only is he short, but also very lean. He has the body of a forward.
