Yeah, Ateneo has done that for quite some time. Honestly the style fits Filipinos more than the traditional PG to C lineups. Instead of having a bigman at 4, they usually have either a tweener in Verano, or a wing like Navarro, Koon, or maybe Ballungay in that spot. Though, they can have a guy like Daves (who also has mobility) manning the 4 too to guard bigger players.
Positionless basketball, really. That's what Tab tried to build in Gilas.

Chiu doesn't contribute much in terms of stats but there's a dog in him, he's perfect for his role. Demisana doesn't fit that role so he will have to develop more aspects of his game, and it's probable that it takes him longer than most people expect.

Yeah I don't see him as a Chiu type of player. Like I said, it might take longer but his length and shooting form gives him more upside than Chiu.
