One of Derrick Pumaren's decisions that did not make sense was to make Noynoy Falcasantos, a small forward all throughout his PBA career as his big man's coach.

OT. Didnt know he was part of the staff. Nonoy was among the first homegrown tall SF. At 6'4 he did not have to look up at the Filfors. Not as coordinated or skilled as the Filfors. But compared to homegrowns he was mobile, athletic and skillful for his height.

        • Kuya Ben to try out for the DLSU Men's volleyball team. It was previewed by Nav in his latest podcast (premieres later at 6P).
In the perfect world, he gets in, vacates his spot in the basketball team, and leaves another spot for our guys open in MBT. lol

          • So Francis indeed signed a contract but was not consummated and its now up for the UAAP board for the decision.

If the board appeals to their humanity, they’ll let the kid play. But Lopez’ pedigree could very well work against him. If he was a less prized recruit, I’m pretty sure they’d just shrug off the signing, which for all intents and purposes, is null and void.
Never look too far ahead. You might stumble on a block right in front of you.

He actually improved a lot in his second season. With Mike's status still uncertain, I prefer he stays in the MBT. Big man lineup will be so thin if he goes.

Hate to admit but Big Ben showed up last season... and proved to be a good player on his own, knew how to pass, not afraid of the moment..
To becomes Asia's Best, we need to compete against the World's Best..
                  1 Big 4 small > 5 out offense.

He did improve. He started to shoot 3s, and his hustle was there. But is he good enough to take up another slot in a stacked line up? I would say no. There's an incoming big, the middle Phillips bro and I'm certain DLSU is not done recruiting.

                    • The middle Phillips bro says he emulates Kawhi Leonard as a player. Does this mean he can step out and play D on the perimeter? At that size, he'd be a force. Intriguing.

If the UAAP schools have to vote if he's eligible or not, which school do you think won't agree for him to play?

Sir I think Isaac Danting has a good chance to crack the line-up, he's all around player tho he need to be a consistent shooter. And yes Ateneo need to recruit another bigman, Any hint to that Fil-Am scorer? I'm assuming that's not Tuano

                          • After watching the vlog of Coach Topex, I think Joaqui Manuel will still play. During season 85 he's a rotational player in the first round, but after that Austria, Abadam, and Macalalag get his playing time. My question is do you think Coach Topex doesn't care if your the senior of the team? I think there's no way he's better than Abadam, Macalalag, Austria, Policarpio. I do hope so CTR dont mind if he's in his last playing year.

Probably the same school who voted against Mbala perhaps? FEU will probably abstain because its not their issue at all. NU will probably against with how UP hoarded their jrs program and their coach. Ateneo has no history of preventing a player from other schools to play (even voted in favor of Mbala)
