. If the coaching situation is up in the air, he will likely not play his last playing year. The guy is close to Derrick.

Heck lastimosa, quiambao, baclaan are in davao right now. Theres not one common booster for all those schools .
Escandor recruited all these players for his father's tournament. Nonoy, Poli, David and Buensalida are there right now.

Padrigao is an expert at keeping the dribble alive and finding the angle to pass or shoot. Easily the best young PG prospect
Since FEU days, Estacio is a 2 guard in a PG's body

going back to topic, yes, there are boosters who will give some money to the team to get certain players or have extra allowance to keep certain players. why? we can all guess but not all of them have extra curriculum activities in mind.
We need to differentiate between boosting the school and extra curricular activities. Boosting the school simply means you're giving money to the players to compensate them for their commitment to a school while the latter is simply just paying an athlete for their time.

Padrigao wasn't this player in S84. Keep in mind, he thanked his skills coach which led to his mythical 5 selection. Hard work paid off big time for him. While this is Penny's first season. An off season would wonders for all the rookies. As of now, Padrigao is the best young PG prospect out there.

They thank eveyrone for every award its normal but even before this season. Padrigao had all the tools just needed to mature . He had so much potential even in the batang gilas days. Just needed to put it all together be coached hard and mature.

Estacio i played against him during the off-season during workouts . He has a long way to go to reach that level he does have a really really nice jumper. Compact, high release, good touch he can maybe become a movement shooter like Abando, Ahanmisi, Pesumal.

Everybody in the UAAP has the tools to be better. He's still a rookie being compared to a guy with a full season under his belt.

Per Ateneo den mother Debbie Tan, coach Tab has started the title defense for season 86 by meeting will all returning players and those in the pool like Opena, Brown, Bongo, Espinosa, Credo, The 2 FSA and Mason Amos. The only missing recruit in the meeting that has an announced commitment to play for Ateneo is Gamber who is currently playing for his high school team in Delaware.

Ateneo's gonna increase their talent level this season. And knowing how Tab develops good, pro-ready players for the most part, and has a good defensive scheme and offensive system, oh boy.

They'll be the favorites again next season for sure, after being favorites from Season 81 to Season 84.

                        UP's recruiting two players: https://www.rappler.com/sports/uaap/...orward-future/

One is 6'9" Sean Alter, and another is a D1 prospect with two years of eligibility.

I like that UP's already preparing. I hope Torculas, Andrews, and Eusebio will have bigger roles too, alongside new recruits.

Lebron Lopez UAAP S86 ROY, calling it now, assuming he allowed to play by the board.

For basketball humanity purposes let him play..although 20 is young in uaap setting since quiambao played in uaap at 21 but thats 2 good years and he missed a junior fiba tournament that wouldve been his coming out party
To becomes Asia's Best, we need to compete against the World's Best..
                            1 Big 4 small > 5 out offense.
