He was the only core member of that group to go to a school other than UP (not counting Enriquez (NU) and Buensalida (DLSU) who played spot minutes then at best). Alarcon, Fortea, Tamayo, Abadiano and then Torres and Felicilda all followed Goldwin.
he said he wants go out to his comfort zone.. good decision and it works. same with enriquez. we'll see Buensalida next season i hope he makes it to the roster.

Maybe he wanted to be his own man. Wasn't he overshadowed by Carl in NU?

He was. Carl was the alpha on that team. Good decision then by KQ (or his handlers or his family).

Worked out for Enriquez as well since I do not think he'd get first/second string minutes in UP. Buensalida was actually already in the line-up in S85, but was used sparingly (and didn't really perform well).

Hope he improves his game as some of the guys on this year's DLSU roster did, and gets rewarded for staying.

How did this team not win FIBA Youth gold?

Yeah Buensalida felt really raw last year. He could've gotten Bright's minutes. Probably because Manong isn't keen on playing standard bigs as well(?)

                Sir Tootch,

Those children and their handlers must be fully aware that one of the strict requirements of CTB is that all his players mustn't have any allergic reaction inside the classroom and reading books. That's one of the first house rules otherwise go to the next backyard of your liking no questions ask.

                • From Homer Sayson.

Per multiple sources, the Taiwan League, which once hired former Rain Or Shine assistant coach Chris Gavina to lead the Taichung Suns, has emerged as a potential landing spot for Robinson.

At least one Japan B.League team is also reportedly eyeing him as an assistant, a position that pays between $10,000 to $12,000 a month.

Ateneo de Cebu is becoming a viable pipeline for admu, already having Celis and Asoro. When it comes to bigs in waiting though, I think Demisana will turn some heads once he gets the clearance to play.

Ateneo de Cebu boys are academically prepared. Actually, all feeder schools of admu like Xavier and AHS are very strict when in comes to academics. Xavier don't give an eff if you're a star athlete.

Yes Sir Mets, in fact few of my well to do visayan cousins who had budgets attest to that thing...as per school's stand "Study is the best Policy".

actually i'm a little bit hype on them watching their games in FB (CESAFI) underrated HS players 6'5"-6'7" . they have potential. hoping they will end up in Blue Eagles nest and Assuming Coach Tab will remain with ateneo or extend him for another years he will turn these players to decent roles. Gelo Mar Rota said he is natural SF but the lack of bigs of Ateneo De Cebu, no choice he needs to play the C/PF position. Lars Fjellvang is a blue collar player. watched some clips in YT against NUNHS in palarong pambansa. he gave NU's Bullpups Palanca a good challenge. he did well.. btw i'm not from ateneo..hehe. but this is the type of players CTB wants. possible Ateneo de cebu reunion in blue eagles Celis-Asoro-Rota-Fjellvang. Jared House should think twice its not too late.hehe. he will be the ateneo's top PG next season if he wants too. UP's is still loaded next season. Hehe

Even if cagulangan doesnt return, there's still alot of goldwyn boys guards still with the team, unless a couple transfer out(which i dont see happening), bahay might not get the minutes he needs.

the last time I've heard CTB is now in the US(?) dealing and meeting some people to lure some blue chippers along the way.

if only those cebuano kids had a chance to bump with coach Jeff Codera to fine tune some core stuff that would be good move moving forward
