Ballungay probably is not getting Kiefer Ravena money for him to turn pro despite the absence of KBL and B league prospects. He is newly married. Worst case is he gets drafted next year in the PBA like Luis Villegas. Although much less than KBL and B league it is a reality for these guys who probably dont have better prospects.

I'd bet that Kai B. goes to a B2 or B3 League team as a 3rd world import. Wouldn't be a bad destination at all if that's the case.

Yes, as a world import, but i think most Taiwanese clubs would rather hire pro baller has-beens (ex-NBAers or Euroleaguers to an extent) as their world imports than they would a former UAAP star. That's why i think a B2/B3 League world-import contracts from a non-moneyed Japanese club is not so far-fetched for a player of Kai B's caliber. He could give teams the small-ball stretch-four that's been trending in this modern basketball era.

Yeah Brickman is a world import in taiwan but he is also a decorated D1 player. But nothing would surprise me tbh.

Playing as a local in the UAAP he should have a Philippine passport.Otherwise he would be considered an FSA.

Their FSA is HUGE. Tall and big bodied. I guess NU has at least 3 FSAs in their fold. 2 in the seniors and 1 in the juniors. Same as UST.

sorry if this would sound OT, but how come La Salle gear hasn't been sold at Nike outlets since 2017, 2018? I'm really digging the varsity jackets they had and would've purchased those jackets, but they're not available in school or at the very least, to the public via Nike stores. Would a championship get La Salle the same notoriety to Nike/Jordan brand by giving them a store inside the campus?
