I must admit, Amos is clutch but he's just a nice complementary player, but not necessarily someone you can build your team around with. As I said before, it would be very difficult for Ateneo to win without a defensive monster like Kouame. Obasa isn't that dude.

They will make the final four because who do you think is capable of taking that fourth spot? UST is out. Both Adamson and UE need some wins over the top 3 teams soon to gain momentum.

Well, we have to take note that Mason Amos is only 19 yrs old & is a rookie in the UAAP senior level..I think Kevin Quiambao (who is now 22) who's the frontrunner of the UAAP MVP race, won't make as much impact (as he is making right now) if he played in the UAAP senior level 3 years ago when he was just 19.

For me Mason Amos's biggest weakness is his defense.
"A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game. Remember that howsoever you are played or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone, even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power, when you stand before God, you cannot say, 'But I was told by others to do thus,' or that virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice." - King Baldwin IV

ah the "age" excuse cometh again

the thing is.... why is this only acceptable when it involves taeneo este ateneo? win or lose we have an excuse at it again.

                • trolls at it again..just spewing non-sense conspiracy without any solid proof hahaha..the only way Ateneo will make it is if they resolve their issues during clutch time (UP almost came back from a big deficit btw) and the rookies adjust real fast...guys are hating on Amos like he stole your lunch hahaha he's young relax (tbh not as impressive as touted, but still lots of potential already shown)

Tell me why this guy is still playing? Partially torn ACL to my knowledge are not always immediately operated on if you are not an athlete. However, for an athlete, one who relies on his shiftiness and explosiveness, no questions asked that the knee has to be operated on immediately.

Had the same sentiments as before. Shoulve opted for the operation asap. Thats on Nash and the rest of the adamson staff and management.
