Looks like gagate or belmonte if you'll based on the way they performed this preseason. CSB is the best team on paper. We'll see cct has yet to reveal his fil for recruit same with cjr.

Gagate will be a great fit for csb "larong mayaman". They may be strong on paper but I still believe they lack the mental toughness to go all the way. As current asst coach told me, "pitikin mo lang mga yan, sira laro"

Collin Dimaculangan played only 3 minutes in his preseason debut in PinoyLiga. I guess he’s on restricted minutes because of his knee. With only 3 months to go before Season 99, might as well rest that knee for another year. And maybe give his spot to the HS recruits (homegrown and foreign-based).

Curious, with filoil and pinoyliga halfway thru, and most teams playing with their probable lineups, which teams have impressed you the most? Who do you got as the darkhorse bet for the season?

Perps, Mapua and CSB. Darkhorse would be EAC. Not really impressed with SBU's line up for pinoyliga/filoil since most of their prized recruits are not playing/injured.

Season 99 will be guard-dominated. Based on the preseason leagues it is most likely these guards will battle it out for the MVP; Kurt Reyson (Letran), Clint Escamis (Mapua), Marcus Nitura (Perpetual), Migz Oczon (Benilde) and the current stats points leader in the PBA D-League Jacob Cortez (San Beda).

I think the last time NCAA had this stellar guards was in 2014 to 2015 with Jio Jalalon (Arellano), Rey Nambatac (Letran), Baser Amer (San Beda) and Scottie Thompson (Perpetual).
