It's crazy how much CSB loaded up on their team B. Not even UP has that many recruits waiting. How many team A players are graduating?

It makes sense that Rajko is coaching team B, it's probably a selling point. Get developed by Rajko while you wait which is not bad.

Well UP is 16 man strong tho and when i say strong, strong enough starters maybe even stars if they were on other teams, with only a couple guys graduating, not to mention still have gani stevens, denzil walker, chris hubilla, joshua coronel and jared bahay waiting on the wings haha

6 guys are graduating for csb: Gozum, Corteza, Nayve, Carlos, Flores and Marasigan

Expecting maybe 3-4 guys either not returning or demoted to team b: Oczon(overseas), Jalalon(demoted to team B), Davis and Lepalam.

So thats 9-10 spots opening up for: Liwag, Eusebio, Ynot, Sanchez, Cometa, Ancheta, Torres, Ondoa, Oli, one of the Ordonio bros, and Serrano.

I thought Lepalam was already out of the lineup for this season? He is playing in other leagues like AsiaBasket.

we also have to consider the high school recruits coming in. Maybe they could get one or two from the high school ranks.

Jericho Jalalon should’ve went to Arellano.

Quality aside, were talking about recruits already with the school and already waiting in team B. Hubilla (despite his age) and Bahay are still in high school.

But if there's really 9-10 spots opening up, it makes sense. It's just unprecedented that a team rebuilds and loads up immediately using transferees instead of high school rookies. If they become successful, other teams might imitate.

He's still with the team, just in the reserve list. With the emergence of mara, arciaga and morales, there was no need to call him up. Has one year left if he chooses to return but doubt it. Csb allows seldom used and team b guys to participate in other leagues as long as its beneficial to them development wise.

Definetely, already scouting boys from pampanga and bacolod, tho with how solid the lineup is next season, expect them to spend time in team B.

Jalalon is still kinda young tho and loved by charles so if he's patient enough to stay, when gets back he's still gonna have a role, he's tall enough naman to play combo and his 3-D play is his calling card.

Unlike most programs where teams can recruit straight from hs, csb historically gets its players from transferees, reason is their jrs team in ncaa which is lsgh, most of the solid players just go to dlsu or somewhere else. Prolly why csb has mastered being creative in getting guys from just about everywhere, only difference now is now they have the budget and the quality of the guys they're getting.

Beda has something similar brewing, lots of solid transferees from uaap as well. Kinda different lang with only 3-4 guys graduating.

I think these recent years, senior teams who have been expecting to replenish through their juniors teams have become rare. I'm not as familiar with the NCAA (I know LPU like FEU have cohesive/continuous programs) but UP, ADMU and DLSU have all been getting their core players from somewhere else. NU would be stacked if their junior players stayed. But even if they recruit from somewhere else, they still take a couple of high school guys that they groom and develop.

Aki valina plays like paolo hernandez red robins version, stocky, physical and likes to play with contact, i hope he stays in mapua and hone his outside shooting in team b

For the Cardinals, their core players this season are from their Red Robins program like Escamis, Bonifacio, Hernandez; what could have been if the likes of Gozum, Policarpio, Concepcion stayed
