Yes right about that height. The stark difference between Roque and Nitura is that the latter is the better ball creator and can play the combo guard position. Roque and Monje almost play the same, wings at the 3 position.

In my view, Nitura, Roque, Puno and Monje have shown potential to play wings in Gilas. Then there’s Mapua newcomer JC Recto with the same size, can play the perimeter and had some impactful games for the Cardinals.

Got that thing on Roque's and Monje's height. If possible, both have to play 2, unless they have good enough length and strength to play 3 in FIBA. I think I have to say the same for Recto, since he's only 6'3", and the guy has to learn to play the 2.

At least Nitura has the potential for playing point. At 6'2"/6'3", he's better-suited to play guard in FIBA.

i don't think that's going to be a good idea, pablo has been playing well as of late while gagate i think its injured. they should just be patient as up has a deep bench, even a talent like chico briones doesn't get enough playing time.

besides they're at a good school, if things don't work out in basketball a up education will come in handy

Yes that’s correct. That’s why they play college ball. They want a professional career in basketball after college.They enter a program that they think will get them the exposure and development needed to go to the next level. Whether it may be in a big budget program or not.

He'll be there in the crowd for sure. As for not playing, either's he's smart enough to preserve his playing career by healing himself first or dude's getting ready to play in the mpbl finals with pampanga haha.

being patient and being with UP are two way different things.

UP still has at least 2 bigs waiting in team B (their recruited FSA and Gani Stevens) i think it would be logical for both Gagate and Pablo to transfer as early as possible.
