If the news reports that the SBP confirmed that he received findings on random tests, it may as well be a FIBA sanctioned event which can only be the previous Asia Cup Qualifying windows.

Assuming Brownlee does get suspended, this is where we find out if Cone sticks to his word and Kouame is the next man up or he is just as full of BS as the SMC people running the show. At least for the FIBA Asia Cup in August, I do see a lineup of Kouame, JMF, Edu, Tamayo, Dwight, Scottie, Newsome, Oftana, KQ, Amos, Malonzo, and Perez... with Japeth as a reserve. Still a decent team, but only a semi finalist at best. Realistically out by the quarters without both Kai's defense and Brownlee's ability to do those scoring spurts out of nowhere.

I misread the article, the jordan one was the 1st time, he tested positive again for a recreational drug but the article
didnt mention when the test was taken

at that moment, I'm anticipating that the two Grandpa host of that weekend program will surely react on that pronouncement bec. they've already mentioning that one of the main reason
why they are critical to the league bec. they want to help the PBA regain it's old glory days.

obviously, they become mum when Grandpa Dean blurted out that 6 days practice.

if the KBL and B. League ended their season in April and May respectively. then ideally, first week of June is cool thing.

so by the time the PBA 49th season ended in July 27, cohesion and familiarization are already second skin to those national players and JB's broken hand are fully heal(ed) at that time.

We know we need time to train and adapt the Fiba calendar. Also, no PBA games during May to July. We also know that PBA needs to atleast lower their cost to make it more viable.

The way I see it we can have two conferences with longer elimination rounds to solve the first issue. Fans need to go to arenas. As we know people have a lot of reason not to go to arenas. Thats why going to arenas must be extremely good time for fans. May be a section where drinks will be allowed and far from people who want kid friendly space.

One game per playdate and games starts at 7pm.More rides to and from the arenas going to main Transporation hubs.

Another way to boost revenue is higher ticket sales. Which is frown upon by many.

The important thing is more fans to watch the games. To be honest, PBA needs a lot of things going their way to make this work. Thats why PBA right know it is between a rock and a hard place.

Why not put the games of lesser teams in smaller but closer to the community arenas?

Caloocan Sports Complex and Villar Coliseum are decent. Baliwag and SJDM arenas are also good arenas.

Yes that is what I am thinking right now. It is a fake support. Maybe that is why coach Tab was being ousted because he is very vocal whenever he said the team needs ample time to practice. I do not know maybe it is high time again to boycott PBA. There should at least be 3 weeks of preparation forevery international tournament.
