what do sport need to choose lol the cardio sport soccer or rugby?

I think Rugby would be a good sport, explosive sport similar to American football would probably end up creating better athletes especially since most bigs are undersized anyways, imagine a bunch of Zion, Barkley type big men on Gilas. Rebounding would no longer be a problem

imagine....generational nba talent on gilas? i dont think shifting to rugby will do anything like that

In the battle for Bronze and if we beat China, Josh and this team have the honor of being the only ones who've beaten Korea, Japan and China in the same tournament. That's a big If tho.

I dont really agree that size is missing. The boys just need to be better. So what if you have 6'7 guys there if they are huffing and puffing and the opponents running circles around them. Unless you are extraordinarily tall and your inside scoring can make up for your slowness, like their 7 footer, you dont deserve to be there. Our PG was down after he got blocked but the reality is the 7 footer is not that fast laterally. If he tried to make the 7 footer move more on the 2nd attack he wouldve had a better result.

Well we don't have any 6'7 to begin with. And Aus PG is just 3 inches shorter than our tallest guy with is 6'6 Diao. Alas os shorter than Aus smallest players. Aus have 7ft and several 6'7 guys and above

It shard to believe last year's U16 team of Bahay, Caelium, Konov, Bayla, Zain et al, didnt have a podium finish, On paper, that team is better than this year's iteration ( and one year older too). Their game vs the Aussies were close and they were even leading at the 3rd Quarter.

Again the tournament is developmental in nature.. the purpose is yu climb up the ladder and get better competition..this isnt u17 where players become one year older..

No China on that tournament last year and we really put Australia on different gear that game....

This is our level now. But there is a way to score against even these guys. It seems only 26 was confident enough to score layups against them. Our other taller guys need to be able to do this.

They were allowing 17 yrs old also. We loss by 6 pts only. Very close game

Is it because he has a more capable assistant coaches this year than last year?It seems whenever he's working with really good assistants who probably gives alot of input he always have players that plays above than what's expected.
