I think the main issue the PBA is facing is they cant keep top talent because of external pressure. For fans of parity this is creating a worse league but do you really want the PBA not to compete for top talent especially vs leagues with comparable talent levels?

PBA is still using the old rich mans club (manila polo club formula).
