Obviously, Kai will play for another season in NBL.
If he and his agents are still targeting an nba look, they would probably just finished this remaining contract in adelaide this season.
After this, Kai have a Player Option. (If he accept that, he will be in adelaide for 3rd season, if he declined, he would probably transfer to another team)
Obviously, if an nba offer or even a g league offer comes up, it will affect the decisiom.

^^ Alvano can play in the KBL whil Bolick can't?
-Alvano is born of filipino parents but grew up in the states.
-Bolick is half-heritage, with an American dad but grew up in the PHL.
-Both is classified as Filipinos, but as of now, only Bolick can play for the NT. Alvano cant
-But for some reason, Alvano is eligible to play in Korea. Bolick cant

Samgyup Gang: SJ, RJ glad to see Rhenz join the KBL crew
Just like everyone else, Daegu KOGAS’s SJ Belangel and Ulsan Hyundai’s RJ Abarrientos were surprised that Rhenz Abando signed with Anyang KGC. Even if they were with the 24-year-old native of La Union, the two Gilas guards had no inkling that he was about to sign with an overseas team, let alone a Korean Basketball […]
“I’m very happy and excited for us, Sobrang nakaka proud lang dahil more ‘kababayan’ ang makikita mo sa big stage. And at least dito magagamit na kami ni Rhenz,” quipped 22-year-old Abarrientos.
LOL RJ WITH A SHOT TO CHOT HAHAHA
