The Los Angeles Lakers have traded their way into the 2022 NBA Draft Thursday night. The Lakers acquired the No. 35 overall pick from the Orlando Magic in exchange for a future second-round pick and cash, according to ESPN.

Is there any chance Lakers will get a Big man??===> Kai
The NBA TV draft panel assessed that the Lakers will pick “defensively” at that spot.

        • Ricci headed to Taiwan (Taoyuan Pilots)

Ricci Rivero will be taking his talents to Taoyuan. But it won’t be with T1’s Leopards as he signed with P.League+’s Pilots. Yes, the 6-foot-1 shooting guard out of Ilagan, Isabela will be making history, becoming the first Filipino to play as a world import in Taiwan. Rivero had a lot of offers on the […]

yes, he is classified as a world import. there is no such thing as Asian import in P.League+ unlike in T1 League.

T1, on the other hand, is the home for more players from the current generation of Taipei NT (Abasi, Artino, Morrison, Hu Long-mao, Chiang Yu-an among others).

T1 allows to field 3 world imports plus 2 Asian imports. Naturalized players are considered locals here. P+ only allows 3 foreign players.

All in all, I find T1 to be a better league than P+ due to the former's pace and the fact it is more of an open league. It's just that P+ is more popular. If Ricci signs with T1, it will definitely boost the popularity of the league. If Ricci signs with P+, the league will solidify its status as Taiwan's premier league.

in T1, a team can play with two world imports, an Asian import and a naturalized player at the same time.
