Your argument that teams don't use mocks to base decisions isn't the point, ( of course they do not care or use mocks , that's silly) also data analytics does not look into the how or quality of assessments of those making invites for combines etc, it's independent of that. Like it does not factor if a team down 3 zero in a best of 7 series has lost each game by just 1 point . ( that's not the point at all)

those facts 1 and 2 are mentioned are independent of the how or whatever other factors. and BTW it's not saying it's impossible, it's just saying that if one beats the odds he's an outliner. . nothing else

I'm not actually arguing with anyone who wants to make a bold prediction beating the odds. you're totally entitled to that.
now if you're arguing the odds are incorrect , that's not possible because they are events that already happened in history as fact.

There is nothing obscure or meaningless in the fact that no one who has been drafted was not invited to both the combine or elite camp , it's a very meaningful indicator and statistical historical fact.

May I asked if you know how data probabilities work or Game theory. Just want to see how did you compute for it. What to learn about it based on your understanding.

What I know KBL has only ten teams, so don’t expect that KBL will take some Filipino players there…maybe atleast 2 or 3 more pinoy players there and that’s it because of limited teams at Korean league

it's fine. for as long as there is a filipino player being offered by overseas leagues, that's good.

It's not exclusive to Kai. But anyone
1 It's historical fact that no one has been drafted since the elite camp was introduced and was not invited to both the camp and combine . How is that fact wrong if verified as true?, of course it does not translate that Kai will automatically not be drafted as there are always 1st or outliners .

As to consensus mocks, just simply do the math e.g. % drafted who are not in any of the top 10 mocks identified 3 weeks prior to draft date.
Whatever that % is when investigated throughly is what it is . And becomes historical facts .
Again it doesn't mean Kai will not be drafted, but is just historical precedence to use as an indicator. If Kai will be the exception for other factors then so be it. , that factor can then be used to include in future data sets .
Example invited to draft green room.. (that's is indeed a feature that can be added)
All historical data features can be added to improve granularity for more precise probability , increasing factors used. (basically the concept of big data)

Kai allegedly sprained his ankle in one of his workouts and would be postponing his other remaining workouts. Philstar reported that he won't be backing out from the draft. I don't think he will continue his workout with other teams anymore. Why? I feel he has already secured a first round commitment from one of the teams. No use of continuing if that is the case. If indeed he doesn't back out from the draft that will be my confirmation. Another thing to wait for is Kai gets invited in the green room. What do you guys think?

There actually is no withdrawal process for automatically eligible players like Kai. The withdrawals are only for those who are officially entered in the early entrant list. Kai is not one of them.. but is listed as auto eligible.

If Kai is one of 20 players invited to Geen room he is assured to be drafted (99%)
