What you are not saying in your response is that that 595,000 dead is 1.78% of those infected with a good number of deaths associated with covid but was not caused by it. This means a 98.2 % percent survival rate even with all that. To me it does not justify draconian measures being implemented now in this country because of it.

Ok and what you're not saying is in certain states and cities the increase of death for all causes is 72 times higher than normal for the same period. 1.7% may seem small in relative numbers but in absolute numbers it's corresponding impact is enormous, people do not die (500k) just peacefully without overloading the health system , say 10 times those who died are hospitalized z that's 5 million people hospitalized for say 2 weeks on average. The US does not have that bed capacity even if spread over 12 months

With recent developments on Kai's quarantine status I'm changing my forecast, I don't see Kai playing in the first game against Korea especially if he won't get to be with the team at least till the 14th of June, not enough time to assimilate and knowing Tab, the team is neck deep in mastering game strategy against Korea for that game. But I definitely see Kai playing in the second game against Indonesia as a back up to Ange and same for the rematch game with Korea.
