So Quiambao is really 6'5" barefoot. Nice.

I have to lmao whenever people here would say he is 6'7 or even 6'8.

      Not even close.

NVM. I misread the article. I thought he was going to play already.

For the time or schedule of the KBL games,
type in Google search "KBL Live"

For live streaming, do this ONLY during games as the uploaders would delete their videos after the game so that they would not be caught by KBL censors
just type in Youtube search, "KBL Live" , usually Bombays are the uploaders but sometimes there are Chinese uploaders as well

Nice to know that KQ is actually 6'5 - with shoes he is 6'6. Not bad at all for a player playing both the small forward and power forward positions. Remember, there are NBA players around the height of KQ that plays the same position as him. He is not a Jokic. Rather, he plays like Draymond Green in terms of orchestrating offense. AFAIK, like Draymond, KQ has a long arm span.

What he needs to learn now is to play like Draymond Green on the defensive end. Green can defend both the paint and perimeter.

Edit: reading some comments from Korean posters (YT and IG), it looks like Carl Tamayo has a good amount of fangirls there. LOLs

Devin Booker was measured 6'4.5 at the combine and list him at 6'6.

What position do KQ usually guard?

So who's the poster here who has been harping that KQ is as tall as Kenneth Duremdes? Damn it! Duremdes height at barefoot is probably only around 6-foot-2 or a fraction of an inch above 6-foot-2.

Remember that howsoever you are played or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone, even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power, when you stand before God, you cannot say, 'But I was told by others to do thus,' or that virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice." - King Baldwin IV

                • Just the highlights, haven’t seen actual games but I think people shouldn’t expect this kind of scoring from him internationally, he’s a very strong physical player but most of his defenders in the clip are around his size, he’s also relying on his physicality to create space and get his shot off. In FIBA his defenders are going to be taller and more athletic which would give him a harder time. His shooting though In this game looks good though but his season average is 25% on 3 attempts per game. I know people are expecting him to replace Kai Sotto for some reason but they provide completely different skill sets.

I was told by a college recruiter in the US that the publicly listed heights are normally "on court", meaning with shoes. So 6'7" is probably close...

                    ...if its rounded up.

                    • Tamayo on a hot tear lately. Confidence is sky high now for sure, but real question is, can Tamayo crack a EuroLeague team lineup, or at least play significant mins in the NBL?

Thanks 3 PM today. I expect KQ will have some adjustments. I want to see him play more SF as this is what I expect him to play in Fiba.

Is Tamayo's current coach the same coach of Abarrientos - where he won the KBL Rookie award? (Coach seems to have that good mantra with PH players...)

Both are 23yo, good size and mobility for international play - Who'd get that invite maybe? (was it last year - some news outlet had that KQ - Knicks interest right?)
