[Official] Rhenz Abando told the JKJ club that he wanted to sign with another league club. The JkJ club readily agreed to his challenge and said they supported him.

[Rumor] Some KBL clubs have given up recruiting Carl Tamayo, which demands a high salary.

Note : His contract with the KBL club is not easy. He is expected to return to the B League.

              • Looks like SJ is happy with his salary, and would prefer to get more playing experience.

That, or KoGas is the only team interested in him

Only to be benched again… he has not learned his lesson… his position is already loaded w/ American imports, No way he will get any significant minutes unless he goes down to division 2, w/c is a big downgrade.. All Japanese ballclubs hiring foreign imports as same as Tamayo’s position… if he wants only money then that is his rights but his value will be decrease big time… only guards and centers like Kai and Edu will stay longer in Japan… but if you are playing forward position, forget Japan, unless they will learn off guard roles likes of Parks and Ramos…

Very correct bro. An Asian import playing as a center or a 4 is not expected to get enough playing time in the B-league unless of course that player is in the level of a Kai Sotto or an AJ Edu. We know what happened to Justin Baltazar & Carl Tamayo during their stints in the B-league. So KBL should be the better option for a big man like Tamayo. The thing about the KBL is that while each team has 2 world imports, only 1 import can play at a time. Hindi sila pweding magsabay, hence an Asian import playing as a big man most likely will get ample playing time.
"A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game. Remember that howsoever you are played or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone, even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power, when you stand before God, you cannot say, 'But I was told by others to do thus,' or that virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice." - King Baldwin IV

He's similar to Scottie Thompson...has a foreign ancestor and managed to keep the last name. But both parents are pinoy.
