BRP's story is a sad one. Having to play in the Philippines instead of multiple good D1 schools because your father had cancer and then his father and GF both dying of cancer. If he is prioritizing his happiness, well good for him.

If only Parks is just now coming up for D1 schools, the amount of money he would get for his NIL,just the Philippine side would be amazing and if he showed a strong game some of those NIL will be coming from the US side,he will have more than enough money without any distraction, who knows if he would have made NBA.Maybe in another lifetime.

SJ Belangel, who will become a FA at the end of this season, could be the target of KCC Egis, the 'big market' of KBL.
He can receive an offer of up to USD$480K (net) for three years if he signs with a new team.

I think if Oczon played in the PBA for this season, he might not get the minutes & opportunities that he is getting in the KBL."A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game. Remember that howsoever you are played or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone, even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power, when you stand before God, you cannot say, 'But I was told by others to do thus,' or that virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice." - King Baldwin IV
